The Last Dance (2020):
The first four episodes of the Chicago Bulls with the great Michael Jordan are out now on Netflix!
It is the first time that the basketball world is getting great insight in arguably the greatest team in basketball history.
Which is a great opportunity for us to take a look at the show.
The Chicago Bulls were five-time champions in the era of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and coach Phil Jackson. The 1997/98 season will be the last season with Phil Jackson as a coach after General Manager Jerry Krause determined that they won't extend the contract of the five-time NBA Champion. After that, Michael Jordan announced that he won't play under another coach than Phil Jackson which started the gauntlet run between the front office and the team.
But they all were on a mission. Get the second three-peat for the Chicago Bulls. A three-peat is when a team wins three championships back to back.

It was shocking to see a great team like the Chicago Bulls dysfunctional and full of personal wars and very different individuals who somehow functioned together. The documentary proves the overall assessment about the characters of the team. Michael Jordan the ultimate competitor, Scottie Pippen the perfect wingman and Dennis Rodman as the crazy dude who complements the two.

But the show gives a nice insight of how these characters worked together and how the last dance will go out.

I know the outcome, but I would love to see the following episodes of how they could overcome the problems.

Hope you liked my first insight!
Personal rating: 9/10
